Our story
From side projects to shipping partner
Acornia Labs started as a handful of engineers doing after-hours consulting for e-commerce founders who couldn't get agency attention without agency budgets. The pattern was always the same: too much process, too little shipped.
So we built the agency we wished we could hire — senior people only, working software every sprint, and pricing tied to outcomes instead of hours. Today we build custom platforms, Shopify experiences, and AI-powered automation for companies across e-commerce, logistics, and healthcare.
